This picture shows the view from the terrace looking towards the south. The
apartment is situated at one end of the apartment block and therefore the
terrace is open on two sides and gets the sun for most of the day, making it a
great place to lounge in the sun and enjoy a well deserved rest. The terrace is
spacious (4mx3m), open and airy. Looking from the other side of the terrace
towards the right one looks over a road to the golf course. There is a sun
lounger, table and chairs, with a sun shade on the terrace, so you can sit out
having breakfast in the early morning sun or a leisurely lunch and in the
evening if you feel like a pleasant relaxing dinner it makes an ideal place to
sit, eat, talk and drink while watching the world amble by, should you not feel
like cooking dinner that problem is catered for by one of the shops a 100m walk
from the apartment doing a fantastic range of freshly cooked take away foods, or a visit to one of the scores of restaurants.

This shows the main bedroom (also 4mx3m), it has a full size comfortable double
bed, in the background is a large mirrored door wardrobe. A pair of glass doors
open to lead from the bedroom out onto the terrace making it a convenient place to have that
first coffee of the morning sitting out in the early morning sun.

The lounge is below the terrace and so shares the same view, overlooking the
harbour, and is the same size. It has two sofas, one of which can be opened up
into a double bed (known in France as a Clic Clac) there is a T.V. which
receives the main 5 French channels. The kitchen is separate but adjacent to
the lounge. All the usual crockery, cutlery, pans, glasses etc needed in an
apartment are provided, the only exception is bed linen and towels, but if you are unable to bring these they can be hired at the dry cleaners in the parade of shops by the LIDL supermarket only 100m walk from the apartment. (We live in the apartment ourselves for several weeks
of the year so we would notice if anything vital, like a corkscrew! was not
available).

This view is looking from the rear of the apartment through the cabine window
and is the same view as looking northwest from the terrace. The Cap D'Agde
golf club is just beyond the roundabout, less than 200m walk, so if you enjoy a
round of golf the apartment is well situated. Just below the window is the
private secure car park space allocated to the apartment.

The picture shows the front of the apartment block taken from the quayside.
This apartment is in the top left most corner of the block. A 10 minute stroll
along the quayside at the front of the apartment will take you to the town
centre and main port area or going the other way along the quay and through a
park area leads to Richelieu beach, the closest of the many beaches in Cap d'
Agde.

This diagram shows the layout of the apartment. On entering there is an open
cabine with a window looking out of the back of the apartment, and a single chair
which converts to a bed more suitable for children than adults. The main bedroom is on the
floor above with a full size double bed, and has double glass doors leading out
onto the terrace. The bathroom, separate toilet, kitchen and lounge are on the
same floor as the cabine. The apartment is approximately 60 m
2
in total size. The lounge includes 2 settees, one of which can convert to a
double bed (clic clac).
