BUYING A PROPERTY in FRANCE
|

|
1. The prices are still affordable by normal people. Around the Cap D'Agde area
studio apartments, within easy walking distance of the Mediterranean sea, can
still be bought from 50,000 Euros! For those who are looking for an older property,
Agde is well worth a look with its ancient town centre, or how about having a
house built for you,
there are many builders putting up houses around the region and the prices are
surprisingly good.
If you would rather have a place away from the sea, then some very reasonably
priced properties are
available north of Beziers. However property prices in this region are now
rising quite rapidly so don't delay too long.
2. There are 5 airports served by budget airlines within easy access by
train/bus.
3. Close to Spain, for budget shopping or just a day visit to meander around
the towns and countryside.
4. Close to Pyrenees for skiing in the winter or walking in the summer.
5. Mild climate, hot in the summer, the temperature rarely drops below zero in
the winter and is generally dry.
6. Reasonable cost of living.
7. Sports: Sailing, Tennis, Golf, Fishing, Swimming, Cycling,
Petanque, to name but a few.
8. Many interesting and historic towns to visit within easy reach; also parks,
museums, theatres, cinemas, etc.
9. If you enjoy a naturist holiday/lifestyle then the largest naturist resort
in Europe is adjacent to the main resort of Cap D'Agde.
So, should you want to check out for yourself, our apartments would be good
places to stay while you view properties around the region. If you would like us
to supply you with details of some of the properties available, this can be
arranged for a small fee. Please contact us for more details.
